To meet mutually agreed-upon goals and objectives, our work is based on a complete situation analysis, a formal proposal (including program formulation and implementation), written agreements, periodic documentation (mutually specified) of all activities conducted on behalf of the client, a written report giving the details of the analysis and data, and a presentation of the results and their implications for action. While we believe in establishing long-term relationships, we also believe in assisting clients to the extent that they might implement and manage future change on their own.
